CAS wants to help support building leaders in creating, revising, and implementing systems of change in preparation for the 23-24 school year. Do you have a system that needs to be refreshed? Are you looking for thought partners from other districts to discuss best practices and design new processes? Principals and assistant principals are invited to bring a key staff member with you to CAS to walk away with a solid product or new ideas around the following topics:

• Creating/revising student attendance committees
• Planning and supporting student transitions for incoming kindergarten students
• Planning and supporting student transitions for incoming middle-level students
• Planning and supporting transitions for incoming high school students
• School-based onboarding and orientation of new staff
• Student behavioral supports

Each topic will be offered on June 22 in the morning (9-12) and again in the afternoon (12:30-3:30). Join us for one or two sessions!
