Look for the Good Project

The Look for the Good Project, founded by Connecticut native Anne Kubitsky, is a nonprofit organization that partners with schools to cultivate positive, inclusive, and connected communities. Through student-led, schoolwide practices centered on gratitude, kindness, and noticing everyday “glimmers,” the project helps strengthen school culture, support emotional well-being, and foster a sense of belonging for students, staff, and families.

The school-based program, built on the solid research surrounding the positive effects of gratitude, empowers kids in grades K-6 to improve their school climate by running their own Gratitude Campaign.
