HS Principal of the Year Defies Education Critics

On October 17th, the Connecticut Association of Schools honored five award-winning administrators at Saint Clements Castle in Portland. Among them were Elementary School Principal of the Year – Tracy Youngberg, Carmen Arace Intermediate School; High School Assistant Principal of the Year – Julio Duarte, Conard High School; Middle School Assistant Principal of the Year – Christopher Palmieri, DePaolo Middle School; Middle School Principal of the Year – Joseph Scheideler, Canton Middle School; and High School Principal of the Year – Tom Moore, Wethersfield High School.
