CREC MarketPlace Announced as CAS-CIAC Corporate Partner

We are pleased to announce that the CREC MarketPlace has become a CAS-CIAC corporate partner. The MarketPlace was created as a one-stop-shop for the 60+ vendor contracts that have been competitively bid through the CREC Cooperative Purchasing program. By pre-bidding on behalf of all of the schools and towns in CT, we can offer deeper discounts by aggregating the potential sales volume in the state. It also alleviates the cost and burden of bidding from you, and helps you meet the purchasing guidelines of your district.

Registration is simple, and there is no charge to use the CREC MarketPlace. You can shop items and compare prices for many vendors, and streamline your order process through your business office. Most of the athletic items cannot be purchased online and require contacting the vendor. Simply click on the vendor logo to find the contact information for the representative supporting the contract. Be sure to ask for the CREC discount.

Over the last 20 years, the CREC Coop has grown to over $75M in sales annually by schools, towns and non-profits throughout New England. Many of your schools are already using it to save on technology, school supplies, paper and more. And $20M+ in turf projects have been completed using our co-op.
