Free Special Education Coaching for Building Leaders

Through funding from the CSDE Bureau of Special Education, we are offering a FREE mini coaching package for principals and assistant principals who oversee special education and want to make meaningful improvements within their programs.

This short-term coaching experience is designed to help building leaders:
– Identify priorities for strengthening their special education program for next year
– Improve alignment and systems within special education services
– Plan meaningful professional learning and support for special education staff
– Work through challenges related to programming, staffing, or service delivery

Special Offer:
Building leaders who apply by April 15 will receive up to 10 hours of executive coaching this spring, which can help inform planning and program adjustments for next year. Coaching can be continued into next school year if the client and coach agree the project needs more than 10 allocated hours.

Coaching is confidential and personalized, providing a thought partner who understands both school leadership and the complexities of special education systems.

If you are interested in using the end of this school year to reflect on your special education program and identify strategic improvements for next year, I encourage you to apply.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but must be received by April 15 to begin coaching this spring. Visit https://casci.ac/12818 to apply.
