The Center for Youth Leadership (CYL), which is based at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk, is the largest youth activism organization in Fairfield County, and one of the largest in Connecticut. Last month, the CYL took a one day break from its bullying and child abuse prevention activities to remember Layla Banks.
