Nominate an Outstanding First-Year Principal for Cieslukowski Award

Nominations for the prestigious William Cieslukowski Outstanding First-Year Principal Award are now being accepted. This award is given to a building principal whose instructional leadership, innovative practices, and ability to navigate difficult situations have had a positive impact on the school and district in their first year as a school leader. To be eligible, nominees must be administrators in schools that are members of CAS and must have been hired for their first principalship after January 1, 2025. Click here to access the application.
